3D ROUTER

Demand on 3D foam products have been widely source by customers and with the experience and knowledge of our company, 3D router has been brought in to fulfill the market demand. With this high end technology, imagination comes to live. Below are the photos of our jobs that we had done.

CONSTRUCTION

We supply to construction project. (Box Out, Formwork, Lightweight construction, Light Fill eg. road foundation, roof panels and etc.)

SHEET PRODUCTS

We supply stock 4’ x 8’ or 4’ x 2’ EPS sheets in a range of thicknesses (8mm to 600mm) or custom cut to sizes.

CHIPS/DUNNAGE

Chips are made from recycle EPS products. It comes in different sizes and most importantly its the best protective packaging materials that able to serve as cushioning of the product. Chips are easy to use as it can be poured direct from the bag or an existing hooper. Chips are supplied 4kgs - 5kgs per bag (approx 18-20f³).

EPS FLAKES

Flakes are made from recycle EPS products. It offers stability and an economical application in landfills for pots and gardens, plus a lightweight fill where weight is an important consideration. Flakes is also being used in the construction especially in the concrete as it serve as a lightweight material.

BEADS

Beads are derived when the raw material (resin) react with pentan (as blowing agent) and resin expands into beads at least 100 times of the original size. It also can be serve as a cushioning materials but it mainly use as a decorations item during Christmas as well as for bore piling works purpose (construction) and bean bag making (furniture).

CNC

With the technology of the cutting machine, any shapes (cylinder - 4’Ø x 4’ x 4’, semi cylinder, L-shape, and etc) can be cut upon customer requirements and provide secondary process to the shapes by coloring, gluing and etc.

Extruded Polystyrene Foam (XPS)

"TIAN SHENG" extruded board is a hard type extruded polystyrene thermal insulating, product made of polystyrene combining with additives using extrusion method. The board possesses a continuous and even external layer and completely closed honey-comb cells structure achieved during the continuous extrusion process. The board is an excellent thermal insulating material with high compression strength, low coefficient of thermal conductivity, low water absorption rate, low vapour, long life because of its uniform wall thickness of linked honey-comb structure and without any gap. These characteristics are the quality of an excellent thermal insulating material.

The excellent performance of thermal insulation, high compression, water proofing make the board to be superior to conventional thermal insulating and suitable for use in new building or retrofit works.
